I design learning that gets to the point.
Clear. Practical. Built around what people actually need to do.
I’m an instructional designer with experience in compliance, technical training, employee enablement, and scenario-based learning.
My approach is simple: understand the real problem, remove the noise, and build learning that helps people make better decisions on the job.
I’ve led projects, worked closely with SMEs and stakeholders, built in Storyline and Rise, written scripts, created videos, and used AI to prototype faster and solve problems more creatively.
If learning feels harder than the task it supports, something is wrong.
Simplify complexity
Turn policies, systems, procedures, and technical concepts into clear learning experiences.
Design for decisions
Build simulations, scenarios, and practice activities that reflect real choices learners need to make.
Execute cleanly
Manage timelines, collaborate with SMEs, build polished modules, and keep projects moving.
I’m drawn to work that involves figuring things out: untangling a messy process, making a complex system easier to understand, or finding a better way to help people practice something important.
Outside of work, I’m usually spending time with my family, working on house projects, playing bass, or getting way too interested in how something works.
